Joe Grullon | Principal
As manager of GCG, Joe directs investment opportunities from an executive level. Through a career in general contracting and commercial real estate development Joe brings strategic insight to property due diligence, acquisition, zoning bylaws & regulation feasibility and construction.
With a diverse background in managing multiple construction projects across many asset classes, a strong network of design, real estate, & construction professionals - Joe brings an integrated solution orientated skillset to serve many real estate professionals across New England.
Prior to construction management, Joe began his career as a carpenter. Several years of working hands-on in the field produced a passion for building, a blue-collar work ethic, an eye for attention to detail and an understanding of construction feasibility.
Real field experience combined with a Bachelor’s degree in construction management was a catalyst for transitioning to project supervision and project management.
Joe’s entrepreneurial drive led him to start Grullon Consulting Group in 2023. Complimenting his general contracting team at Total Construction with 13+ years of construction experience in managing over $150 million of projects through general contracting and private commercial real estate development tenures.
